ATTTO welcomes the following new faces to our growing team

Qualifications Developer


After 12 months of service at ATTTO, Shalini Sanyal has said goodbye to relocate to the UK. We now welcome David Mackenzie to the Quality Systems and Qualifications (QS & Q) team.


David Mackenzie

David joins the team following 3 years teaching at a PTE where he was also involved in assessment writing and pre/post moderation. Prior to this he worked as a librarian in various Wellington special libraries and school libraries.  He has qualifications in librarianship, English teaching and adult education.


External Moderator

Sharon Payne has farewelled the team after 5 years with ATTTO. We now welcome Lesley Bolbot to this role.

Lesley joins the ATTTO team from NZQA where she was a contracted moderator for 18 months, following 2 years at HSI as a contracted resources writer. Prior to this Lesley lived in the UK where she was involved in workplace training and college lecturing/assessing.


Service Delivery Coordinator, Auckland


ATTTO would like to welcome Jessica Henson to the new role of Service Delivery Coordinator. Based in Auckland, Jessica will provide administrative support to ATTTO’s Industry Training Advisors, while learning the ropes of the role.

Jessica joins ATTTO from Air New Zealand, where she was a Customer Service Agent for 12 months. Prior to this, she studied at the University of Auckland for a Bachelor of Arts degree  in Geography and Sociology. 


Industry Training Advisor - Aviation, Northern


Wilton Wilton

ATTTO welcomes Wilton Wilton to the role of Industry Training Advisor – Aviation, Northern. Wilton will be supporting Stan Hansen’s previous customers. Stan is now Airport Manager at Kerikeri, Kaikohe and Kaitaia.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Wilton Wilton has been living in New Zealand with his wife and children for approximately 2 years. Wilton has a BSc in Engineering (Electronics), an MBA, and a Graduate Teaching qualification.  His work experience has included secondary school teaching, the Zimbabwe Air Force, his own business in Zimbabwe and more recently the Auckland Institute of Studies.


Customer Service Coordinator

Melissa has a background in insurance, call centre operations and customer service, and replaces Cathryn Gillett in performing this important customer service and resource support role.


Marketing Manager

Anthea Armstrong has recently joined the ATTTO team as their new Marketing Manager. Prior to this appointment she was managing the marketing and fundraising for a charitable organization in Wellington.
