Trainee Appeal Process

If a trainee is not satisfied with their assessment (either the process or the final result), they have the ability to appeal the decision. To do this, the candidate must forward the details of the appeal in writing to the Chief Executive of the ATTTO within 5 working days of receiving the results. On receiving the appeal, the Chief Executive of ATTTO shall form an Appeal Commitee consisting of ATTTO's General Manager, Quality Systems and Qualifications, an NZQA representative, and an independant assessor having appropriate qualifications for the particular assessment. 

The findings of this committee shall be final and binding over all parties involved in the Appeal process.
