National Certificate in International Air Express (Level 1 or 3 ) - depending on strand
With strands in Customer Service, Ground Operations, and Operations. The National Certificate in International Air Express is for people training for, and working in a range of different roles within, the international air express industry.
These roles fall into the following categories around which the strands of this qualification are built - customer service, ground operations, and operations.
The qualification contains core compulsory unit standards representing the competencies required by all those working in the international air express industry. The strands are designed to recognise specialist competencies and to allow people to select elective unit standards, in transportation and driving skills, suited to their areas of specialisation.
