Training options for staff
We can offer your staff a range of options if they want to pursue qualifications within the workplace.
We will help your staff by putting together a training plan tailored to their needs and aspirations. It will identify the unit standards they want to work towards over a specified time period. This training can happen in the workplace or externally through an accredited training provider, or through a combination of both.
Existing in-house training
Many organisations find that their existing in-house training programmes cover the same content as national qualifications training. In these cases, team members simply need to be assessed as competent for their skills to be recognised and to have a national qualification awarded.
