Mock Policies and Procedures Handbook - Tourism
Last Updated 25/03/2009The term ‘Workplace Policies and Procedures’ is referred to in the new National Certificate in Tourism (Core Skills) (Level 3) [Ref: 0876], as well as in some unit standards in the new National Certificate in Tourism (Introductory Skills) [Ref: 0875].
These include Unit Standards: 24728, 23755, 23756, 23759, 23760, 23761, 23763, 23764, 23767, 24871 and 24872.
For example, the definition section of the special notes in US 23756 mentions “Tourism workplace expectations refer to those outlined in a job description, tourism workplace policies and procedures manual, or equivalent.”
