Trainee appeal process
how to make an appeal:
If a trainee is not satisfied with their assessment, they must discuss their concerns with their assessor in the first instance.
If they wish to make an appeal, this must be done in writing to ATTTO. Appeals must be received by ATTTO within 20 working days of when the assessment took place. The Quality Manager will review the appeal and manage the review process. His or her decision will be final.
Within 10 working days of receipt of an appeal the Quality Manager will consider the appeal and consult with parties as required. Written notification of the Quality Manager’s decision will be sent to the trainee and the assessor within 20 working days.
