Our team
ATTTO has a team of around 50 staff, with offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. We are led by a Board of Directors, appointed from within our industries and we work closely with industry to develop qualifications and set industry skill standards.

Board of Directors
ATTTO has eight directors, with representatives from across our four sectors as well as a union representative. The Board is chaired by experienced director and chairman Rick Bettle.
Senior Management Team
Our leadership team has a wealth of experience from across our industries and the tertiary education sector. Led by Chief Executive Kathy Wolfe and Deputy Chief Executive Debbie Martindale, the team is based in ATTTO's Wellington head office.
Sector Training Councils
Our training councils are made up of representatives from employers and industry bodies within our industries. The Training Councils' role is to articulate the strategic education and training needs of their sectors, and to help guide the development of relevant qualifications, training standards and skills strategies.
