National Certificate in Casino Surveillance (Level 5)

The National Certificate in Casino Surveillance (Level 5) is for people who intend to work in a casino as a surveillance shift manager.

This qualification recognises the skills and knowledge required to carry out generic supervisory tasks, monitor the operations of casino surveillance, manage casino surveillance systems and procedures, and control evidential material. Holders of this certificate will have completed the National Certificate in Casino Surveillance (Level 4) or have demonstrated prior learning.
