This qualification recognises the skills and knowledge required to work in the cashiering area, including communication and customer service skills, knowledge of the rules, procedures, and organisational structure of a casino. The qualification also provides an elective from a range of related fields which enable people to credit complementary skills in financial, computing, languages, and services provision towards this qualification. Holders of this qualification may progress to the National Certificate in Casino Cashiering (Level 4).
